We place hospitality and marine staff across Malta and the central Mediterranean. You work for us, which means somebody is accountable for your contract, your pay and your paperwork.

Availability changes through the year. Hotel and apartment roles build from spring, marine contracts follow their own rotation cycle, and short notice cover comes up throughout the season.

A written contract
Issued before you start, on the correct legal basis for the work, with your hours, rate and terms stated plainly.
Payroll that runs on time
Paid monthly with tax, social security and leave accrual handled and visible on your payslip.
Paperwork handled
If you need a Single Permit we manage the application and keep you informed. For marine roles we check your certification is valid before you travel.
Work across a season
A placement that ends does not mean a relationship that ends. Where you have worked well, we want you back next season.
