Staffing that holds up when someone checks
Anyone can send you a candidate. The difficult part is everything that sits behind them: the right to work evidence, the employment contract on the correct basis, the payroll and contributions, the insurance, and the record that proves all of it if an inspector asks.
We carry that burden as part of the service rather than as an add on. Staff sit on our contracts and our payroll. You direct their work, approve their hours and receive one invoice.
That is the difference between filling a shift and running a compliant operation through a busy season.
Four steps, one point of contact
Brief and rate
You tell us the roles, volumes, dates and the standard you hold. We come back with a rate and a realistic lead time rather than a maybe. If we cannot fill something in the time available we say so at this stage.
Source and vet
Right to work status, references, certification and, for kitchen and service roles, a practical trade test. Nobody is put forward until that is complete and recorded.
Deploy
Contracts, payroll, insurance and, where the role calls for it, accommodation and transfers. For marine placements this includes joining logistics and certification checks before travel.
Manage
A named account contact, supervision on site where the contract includes it, and replacement cover within agreed hours when somebody does not turn up.
