Kids Club Attendant
Leisure and Sea Services Ltd is currently looking to recruit Kids Club Attendants to join its team on a full-time basis.
Leisure and Sea Services Ltd, based at The Core in Msida, recruits, employs and manages staff for hotels, serviced apartments and cruise and yacht operators across Malta and the central Mediterranean.
Reporting to the client's Kids Club or Entertainment Manager, the successful candidates will plan and run safe, fun activities for children staying at hotels and resorts.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts and activities.
- Supervise children at all times and follow child safety procedures.
- Register children in and out and keep accurate records.
- Communicate with parents about activities and any concerns.
- Keep the kids club area clean, safe and organised.
- Support hotel entertainment events.
What we are looking for
- A qualification in childcare, early years education or teaching, or at least 1 year's experience working with children
- A caring, energetic and responsible manner
- Good spoken English
- A clean police conduct certificate
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- French, Italian or German is considered an asset
- A first aid certificate is considered an asset
What we offer
- Gross salary of EUR 24,000 to EUR 32,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Indefinite contract after successful completion of the probationary period
- 40 hours per week on a roster
- Leave entitlement in line with Maltese employment legislation
