Photographer & Videographer
Leisure and Sea Services Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Photographer & Videographer to join its team on a full-time basis.
Leisure and Sea Services Ltd, based at The Core in Msida, recruits, employs and manages staff for hotels, serviced apartments and cruise and yacht operators across Malta and the central Mediterranean.
Reporting to the client's Marketing or Guest Experience Manager, the Photographer & Videographer will produce guest photography and promotional content for hotel and cruise clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Photograph and film guests, events, weddings and activities.
- Produce promotional photos and short videos for clients' websites and social media.
- Edit photos and video to a professional standard.
- Sell photo and video packages to guests.
- Look after camera, lighting and editing equipment.
- Manage and archive digital files.
What we are looking for
- A qualification in photography, film, media production or a related field, or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in photography, videography or media production
- A portfolio of recent work
- Good knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or Premiere Pro
- Good spoken English and a confident manner with guests
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and, where required, on board vessels
What we offer
- Gross salary of EUR 24,000 to EUR 37,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Commission on photo and video sales
- Indefinite contract after successful completion of the probationary period
- 40 hours per week on a roster
- Leave entitlement in line with Maltese employment legislation
